My brother in law had a knee replacement a while back. I asked my sister how he was doing she said not good at all. Why not. He says it hurst too much to do the exercises. I said. Let me talk to bill. So i jumped his ass a little and convinced him, basically no pain, no gain. Its now two weeks later. Sister says since that day, he has been really working it out and can almost do like he could before the surgery!!!

I shoulda been a doctor. Probly would have been a doctor if i were smart and rich, instead of so damned good looking.

Stoner ramble sorry!!!

I do thank you folks for the compliments on the pieces shown. We still have most of the tools & equipment. lol There is equipment that belonged to my grampa, pop, and also bought by myself & family. The boys get everything when I’m gone, it’s all stored around the place, big stuff in shed, smaller stuff in house(spare BR)
We have odds and ends of pieces left from our old business. We had a brick and mortar storefront, also a 7page website, and traveled to just about anywhere we could make n sell our artwork jewelry… pow-wows, rodeos, tractor pulls, county fairs, etc lol IF anyone is interested I reckon just DM me and I can put pics up of what pieces we have still in storage.
@crownpoodle sorry guy, as for doing any more silversmithing by myself, them days are done n gone.

edit… i lied! We got rid of all the mold making & casting equipment… wasn’t thinking, I guess, lol

The settings were sand cast by us, one of the last run of castings we did. The topaz were faceted on an old faceting machine my grampa bought early 1900s n then used by three generations lol

@BigMike55 I honestly can’t remember which mine out west we picked that turquoise up at. I DO remember, however. When we started cutting the bigger nugget up it was in the middle and I shaped/polished it then built the silver around it.

We’d have to basically dig all the equipment out to put together a mini-shop, my eyes and hands ain’t what they used to be, brother. Not to mention some of the machines needed, like the big 6-wheel shaper/buffer/polisher that is super heavy circa1920’s. I aint able and Rose just can’t.

He did it all bro… all by hand . (Him and Rose)

Its the way in which these items are made and the careful thought put into them that was what made it so special… its the history of it… just cant repeat that!!
