Hey JP, are you planning on getting the steaks?
If so I would suggest going to Reasor’s, they will cut the steaks right then any way you want them cut.

There’s a Wild Country Meat market in Cleveland that custom cuts and priced better than Reasor’s
Ok cool, if they are a meat market it should be good steak. The one meat market close to me has shitty looking steaks.

Cool OK, yes I need some time for them to marinade. I have a secret marinade I use for steak. I will have the Oklahoma Joe cleaned and ready to go with some good hickory and apple chips to smoke it with. Should be killer……
