Madscientist's 4th Annual 16oz Cup Competition šŸ

Did you drill the glass?!? Grind it out? What bit? Very difficult to do properly. Iā€™ve done many for glass aquariums and you have to have a lot of patience to even get the bit to start biting. Bravo!

I used a ceramic tile bit 5/16 ! I did all 4 without breaking any. I was kinda surprised.

Thanks

Ahhhh. Once you need a diamond hole saw for diameter it gets stressful, but aquarium glass is no where near as brittle as a Mason jar. Great idea booster!

The key to drilling through glass is lubrication though Iā€™ve never drilled a jar glass work was a very short lived career choice nothing worse than waking up everyday fully aware that at some point your gonna cut yourself real good is it gonna be a piece of plate glass shifting in your hands maybe while cutting out a windshield the knife slips

Ok ladies and gents Iā€™ve officially moved and Iā€™m wondering should I try some of these random bagseed that will never see the light of day

Maybe the carebears I think I reproduced (could be a rouge male that got it these are full sized seeds so šŸ¤·

Or pop open a pack ?

I got 2.5 hours to decide

Well letā€™s do the damn thing then, curious as to these seeds I pulled one out of the one I had segregated with the boys outside and it was normal small auto seed sized ā€¦now the one I already dried let call her early bear she wasnā€™t exposed to pollen that I know of but I did pull out a male white dawg gogi which in a weird twist of fate turns out is a girl a couple weeks of outside and no balls anymore just pistils so if these things donā€™t auto there gonna be white dawg gogi OG carebears from a Hermie :joy: good thing my lungs donā€™t know the difference

Gonna pop a couple randoms/bag seeds that I donā€™t have labeled as well

86ed the straw. Iā€™ll work on that for next challenge. For now letā€™s hope for the best. Micro dwc. Itā€™s a regular seed. I can use the pollen if it ends up male.ill use it on this Pineapple express but letā€™s hope for a girl.

no head start for me.

This is 6 weeks from seed started in hydroton. Nutes and ph were a bitch to dial in. So at least I know what to deal with in micro dwc.

Howdy everyone! I just joined less than an hour ago, and just now saw this thread. I started a few beans just yesterday and was wondering if I could join, or is it too late?
If so Iā€™ll try to get in the next time.

Holy moly this thread is gonna be gigantic by the time weā€™re done! LOL

Welcome everyone, and all of your entries. Usually we try to keep things tidy in the original post but given the size of the competition we are gonna wait until the end in order to submit entries, not everyone finishes and i think this way everyone will make an extra effort in order to make the last cut!

@opie you are more than welcome to join!

Cool.
