The light is actually quite nice. It does have a dimmer (haven’t touched the dimmer yet). The footprint they claim it covers is the issue. The TS1000 would be good for 2.5’ x 2.5’ veg and 1.5’ x 1.5’ flower MAX!. Instructions say to keep it 12 -18 inches from tops. This would make the plants chase the light…sssttttrrreeeeettttttcccchhhhh. I currently have it about 6 inches from the tops with my pc fan blowing between the light and canopy top. Because it’s so low, the footprint is minimized even more. Thus, like @anon58740919 said, I had to put in my other light because the TS1000 couldnt cover everything. My space is 2’ x 3’ it covered just over half.

Overall, nice light for a beginner or micro/small space grower! A more seasoned grower would prefer something with a little more power and coverage…larger model.

That’s tuff man. Kinda sucks having to jam 2 large lighting fixtures into a small space like that. I’m glad your other light was able to fit in there with it.

It works out pretty good actually. I’m wishing I would have started with both.
Because my space is tight, I’m going to be trying my luck with a vertical scrog to use the 7 vertical feet in the space (5’ x 2’ x 7’ is my space). Gonna try and setup a screen and hang both lights vertically…if it works, great…if it doesnt work, regular scrog is absolutely fine by me.
