Nope it’s all about the electronics. Here we have a 2024 Santa Fe truck. Push a button and the damn thing drives it self.
Just don’t get into an accident as the cars these days crumble to nothing.

The first car I drove with any regularity was a 1956 Oldsmobile. I don’t remember the model, but it was a serious tank. So it’s 1966 and I’d just gotten my drivers license when a guy in a brand new, just off the showroom floor 1966 GTO, blows through a stop sign and catches me in the left rear quarter panel and bumper. The full extent of the damage to the Olds was, literally, a scratch about eight or ten inches long in that quarter panel. We exchanged info and I drove away. I could feel no actual dent in the metal, just the steps from the sides of the scratch. The GTO was considered totaled and had to be towed. Thankfully, I haven’t been in a lot of auto accidents, but that one was far and away my favorite!

Thats right I get a call from New Mexico State police about the whole thing. She had no idea that I went to highschool with said State Trooper so I got the whole story before she called me
