There is a lot to consider and we act as a team, but if I may speak for myself, the most wanted “quality” for Leaders is respect (to pay respect to others and also be respected). Second is skill of diplomacy and attitude towards resolving conflicts. And third one is being regular.

would a separate thread on this be useful? (conduct?) i did a brief search and might be an idiot (shh!!!) but don’t see any “rules”… the kind of crap we usually see attached a huge ream of legal disclaimer bullshit on other websites.
