^ My version of “bain marie” (3 hours). The trick is to find the right number on the stove so that the water boils only just a little, without splashing. Listen for a quiet continuous micro bubbling. Add a tablespoon of coarse sea salt and you’ll never have to top up the water.
^ The jar it was in smells like sweaty honey. Very odd, but kinda nice nonetheless, sweaty but like fresh sweat from your loved one, the kind of sweat that turns you on a little. Combined with honey.
I prefer eating just a little, half a teaspoon and I’m good for the whole day.
Ingest before a meal. Put it in your mouth and let your saliva fill your mouth for a handful of seconds, chew a little, then swallow. I’ve noticed that the more saliva is mixed with it, the better the effect.
Let your body explore what it is receiving, so that it can digest it optimally.
