Paecilomyces fumosoroseus
Look up PFR-97, that may be a suitable substitution and is readily available.
Also NoFly WP but it does not appear to be labeled for mite control.

Just putting it out there but I use tea tree oil concentrate diluted with water. Nothing and I mean nothing likes it, except the plants. They couldn’t care less. Use it on my garden plants as well. Does well as a cide replacement. Purely organic baby!!

Sorry, you were talking about the Tea Tree oil. My bad.
I use about 3 mls to 3 cups of purified water. Spray on fine mist with trigger sprayer.
