Rose Of Sharon.
A friend has the original plant on his property since he bought the place in 1982. About 25 years ago, I cut a runner off the original, and rooted it, it grew at one place in our yard, for about 15 years.
I moved it to this spot, about 15 years ago now.
Then 2-3 years ago planted a set of figs at either side of it.
It gets covered in bees, and the hummingbirds love it also.

She is an old soul for sure.
