Has anyone tried one of those?

No, but I have UV in my Exptic board from them. Not sure it really does anything though.

This says run for 10 minutes in flower to make the plant produce more trichomes.
It’s cheap but I dont want to waste money

I have those diodes on my Emerson board. I run them 15 minutes before lights on and 15 minutes after lights out.

That is all I use. I feel it is sufficient lighting for the purpose.

I have mine on a timer to come one 1/2 hour before lights out and stays on 1/2 hour after.

Same cycle for lights on.

He also showed that green is very useful and that it actually penetrates the leafs better then Blue. Dr. Bruce is worth watching imo

I finally got one of these wonders! (back in stock).
I see in your photo that you are using the lens provided but have you ever tried it without the lens?

Another question is have you tried the 13/11 light cycle either? Really intrigued at the concept because the logic seems legit so long as the plants are in fact going into sleep mode in 15-30min rather than 1-2hours
