Running some 'elites' + trying sohum

Man today was a long day… lots of clones to put in dirt. Lots of back n forth trips. Almost lost my GMO clone cause my dogs started fighting and I had to run and drop it and break em up. Little bastards got me out in the yard in my crocs, slipping and sliding in dog :poop: wrestling them apart. One got a nice puncture wound on the face and the other got a few in the leg, both bleeders. :rage::rage::rage::rage:
I’m still salty, to say the least.
Also, I need to figure out some kind of arrangement here for all these solos…

Got the 1st layer of trellis up as well. Both lights going now. It’s pretty warm in the room, gonna have to add another exhaust in the tent and exhaust both lines out the window.
there’s quite a bit of free space in the 4x8. Not sure what to fill it with yet… I guess once the elites are vegged up a bit I’ll throw em on in. I wanna run em with recycled FFOF and use the Jack’s feeding schedule grohio shared with us.

(SPOILER ALERT)I run SoHum in a small commercial setting I also ran it for quite a while in my tent at the house. It’s good buuuuuut if you want to run the whole run with nothing but water you will need at least a 15gal pot. The bag should say just add water until you get into flower, then feed your normal nutrient regimen. I actually normally run 3gal bags, feed the last two weeks of veg and then pour the Flora Flex to them once they get into flower.

What timing schedule do you have your cloner on? Thanks, SS/BW…mister :honeybee: :100:

It is on 18 6 with the rest of the tent. @misterbee
I think 24 hrs is better for rooting clones, but I have had excellent results since using the aerocloner, and it still got 'er done this time :+1:

im likely to separate the cloner after a while and get it on 24 hrs consistently. Took longer to root on this veg light cycle

The above post is referring to light cycle btw

If you’re referring to the actual cloner itself, it is just plugged in 24/7

Sorry the driver went out, are they going to warranty it?

Awaiting a return email atm. I assume it’s the driver causs the whole board went out, not just a few diodes. And the other side is illuminated lol. I’m not very tech savvy, but I think the driver seems like the logical choice. They’re both meanwell drivers, arent they pretty reputable? I feel like I remember hearing good things about them

Yeah Meanwell makes a pretty good driver. If it were me I would try and swap drivers to see if the problem follows the driver. I’m sure they will get you sorted out. :+1::seedling:

I keep reading good things about them but quality issues get by with some of the best products

Finally went through and installed the vent unit into my window. Got ot screened on the outside, I’m likely to add a layer of chicken wire on top of the screen to keep out rodents.
I’m gonna try to run my Black Dog soon since I’m able to exhaust my heat out the window now. And I’ll put another LED in there to help regulate temps.
Also gonna be adding some flashing in front of it to help disguise it more.

Smart move on the chicken wire, damn critters will definitely try to make a home in at least one of those vents.

Still pretty stinkin green about 4 weeks into flower. SoHum doin its thing so far. I’m considering putting the black dog back up after this run since I think I’ve got heat under control now.
