Sickly tomatoes

Awesome tip thanks!

One thing to mention is the flower tea isnā€™t as effective on tomatos, cannabis cuts out calcium switching to flower and tomatos still require it and will end up with blossom rot if u end up with a calcium deficiency, i learned that testing the cannabis teas on the cycles of tomatoes last year

Donā€™t be afraid to take side by side samples of the healthy specimens too, might give u some overlooked answers

Hopefully my pre ammendments just need time to break down

Well a tea will provide nutrition for about two weeks so might cover ur gap till the other stuff kicks in

Duly noted. Probably not much worry of burning with a tea also Iā€™m guessing

would be careful pumping too much N in there, id probably give it a basic tea instead like chamomile/valerian/dandelion/nettle. theres loads of N in those castings waiting to hit, but if youre using dr earths 4-6-3 then you are probably currently N-deficient.

If ur loading down with bat guano and stuff like that it is more possible but u really gotta overdue it, I made one that I got my measurements mixed up with guano and accidentally doubled it and those plants werenā€™t happy about it but a heavy watering on the following watering and an extra week between feedings and I got em back on track. If itā€™s just castings itā€™s damn near impossible to burn. U can grow plants in 100 % castings without risk of burn but itā€™s gonna be a muddy distaster itā€™s not recommended haha

Just stick to the recommendation of 1/4 cup castings per gallon brewed then dilute after brew before feed

Also make sure u get molasses in there too, thatā€™s the food source for the microbes or the tea is pointless

Yup the 4-6-3. But only half was promix. Other half was a local living soil. All my neighbors tomatoes are cranking. I gotta get my act together

Am I ok using a blulab ph and HM tds meters that I used for rdwc on soil runoff?and if so what should ppm look like? Iā€™m showing 6-6.1 ph and 2200 or something ppm. I found some of the same soil mix that I have in the planters in a small flower pot and runoff tested that. Thanks so much for the education. @AzSeaindooin420

What is the name of that book :closed_book:?

Let it dry out some and then hit it with miracle grow. That will get it back on track. Then put a little blood or bone meal and epsom salt scratched into the soil.
