Much love and respect @g-pas and I hope you have a speedy recovery and I found when my shoulder messed up when I started doing my own rehab with a water bottle that’s when I actually seen a real improvement in my recovery

I am working to get the seeds to the international distributors now,
If people are no longer here, their seeds are treated as extra and are handed out as such.
Extra seeds -seeds without list are treated as extra and are used at random.
After the boxes are done trading is how to get things don on the trading tread
