One from a couple of days ago, unfortunately it’s beauty is caused by all the wild fires we have raging in Nova Scotia atm.
Smoke does make for beautiful sunsets…good luck with your wildfires…seems like the whole continent has them out of control.

My brother lives right on Huron…it’s hard to believe lakes that friggin’ large fluctuate so much when rain, or lack thereof, doesn’t seem to be a factor.

They are still scattered throughout the Reserve, and as road-side attractions…
Some are easily a Meter across.
Its pretty shallow to begin with, in this region, but just imagine how many Small-boat motors these things have destroyed… lurking just beneath the waves.
When I was in Texas there were giant stones that shattered from the heat/cold changes of night and day. Picture a massive boulder slivered into razor sharp pieces. Pretty cool too.
