One other thing I remember about the '70s was the murals and artwork that adorned the sides of those vans.
Everything from Elvis tributes to Star Castle themes.

Explain the 70’s???
I graduated HS is 1972. Cannabis was plentiful and potent.
But the main thing is…
WE HAD GODS IN THOSE DAYS! THEY PLAYED GUITARS!

There’s nothing close to what we had in the 70’s, nothing. No way you could explain to people how awesome all of those concerts were. $6-7 a ticket and we saw almost everybody. All of those genius musicians in one decade. From Zappa to Zeppelin, and hundreds of others… That was just such a creative time, born out of frustration and protests. And, that spirit still lives with us today. So cool, it was.
