I had a real interest before stumbling on this site but didnāt even really know how many were left since everything is crossed these days. One of the first threads I read was about how some guys around here not only take them seriously but are actively attempting to keep them the original lines alive. Kind of noble really. Knew I would like it here after I read that.

I live in the downtown area of my small town and I have 2 post offices within 3 miles of me and one of them has a 24 hour kiosk that sells postage for packages.

I pictured you living above one and having a firepole that goes down there. You mad dashing to the pole seeds in hand, ink not even dry, applying stamps on the slide down. Upon landing you frisbee them perfectly into the outgoing box where you exchange winks and thumbs up with the mailman who rushedā¦ to take a coffee break.
