I like it when this happens
Well it is official, I have a hurricane coming my way in a few days. So I am expecting to lose power for a few days and the chances are very high for my apartment complex to have a post storm apartment damage inspection.
So for the most part this current run in all my tents are effectively over. I will keep everything going for as long as I can. This is why I have been only growing plants that I was willing to lose to something like this.
The Blue Afghani is almost ready I am finding seeds on the tent floor so I am happy with that.
The Sour Twist was going to be ready at the end of the month/start of next month. There is a lot of bud forming nicely on it that I can dry and smoke. But as far as getting a good buzz from it maybe not so much.
The Purple Eurkle cross started flowering a week ago and finally got the nutes just right for her. This plant will be a complete write off.
Who would like a 7-seed pack of Blue Afghani seeds?
PM me your address.
Awesome thank you it’s my first afghan anything. Can’t wait to see what I find.
Dam dark, that’s shitty. Hope it just passes and you don’t need any inspections
Stay safe
Nice one OPG!
Well I will have to have someone come into my apartment now. Just found some major water damage from the area that got repaired back in December. So tents are coming down right now.
Hope all goes without a hitch @darkillusion
I will be fine as far as the storm is concerned. High winds and heavy rain with a side of power loss.
On another note just finished taking down two of three tents. The Purple Eurkle cross is in the garbage, and the Sour Twist is in the main tent with the Blue Afghani. I can keep that tent running since it is in the bedroom closet. The repairs I need done are in the bathroom closet.
If only i was close I would house then for you while the reno/inspection happened
Its cool its the price I have to pay for apartment living. Plus as I have stated here before I have only been growing strains so far this hurricane season that I would be willing to just trash for an event just like this. So as far as I am concerned I only lost some time.
The Blue Afghani plants will give me plenty of seeds as it is now and a little bit of smokable weed after getting de-seeded. So that run was fine.
The Sour Twist will give me a lot to smoke, but it will be a few weeks early. So between that and what I have on hand now I can make it a little bit until a new run is started and finished. Will be another auto run for obvious reasons.
Gah, that sucks man… I’m with @Fortman420, if we were closer, I would totally home them for you until you could get them back. Whether they’re seeds/plants that you’re comfy losing or not, it’s a lot of power and water that got them this far for no return, that bites.
It is the cost of doing business as a renter. Again that is why I was only growing strains I was willing to lose at a moments notice for this hurricane season.
These are the moments that get you to streamline your process and learn a faster method to get to your desired results. Keep the good fight going brothaman
I appreciate you brother hope the storm wasn’t too damaging for you. Anything you need I’m only a pm away.

We need to collab my friend on that Blue Afghani as I have White Afghani!!! We could exchange pollens and use them on each on of the females.
Time for a post hurricane update, sorry it is a little late but I have had issues with my internet going in and out the last few days now.
I am starting to cut down the Blue Afghani plants. I already took one down last night and will be doing another today sometime. I am going to give the smallest plant, Plant D some more time.
This is Plant C and I like to think she is ready.
Here is Plant D and as you can see she still looks nice and green. So more time for her.
The Sour Twist is getting close to the end as well. I can already see amber starting to develop.
What do you have in mind?
Figured crossing the Blue and White Afghani together would make something magical
I plan on growing the White Afghani I have in February or March time depending on how my grow schedule moves along over the winter months in my state.
Not much to show off today just cut down the last Blue Afghani plant. So far all the Blue Afghani plants have been all seed and no bud to smoke. So this means I need to do another auto run to make up for the shortfall. Does not look like my apartment complex will be doing a post storm inspection, but I still have to deal with repair workers coming in any day now to fix the water damage in my bathroom. Other than that the Sour Twist is looking good and is almost ready to come down.
If you want I can send a few Blue Afghani seeds your way for that. I did keep some pollen from this run but I was saving it for maybe doing some Blue Afghani BX seeds.
