The ongoing indoor grow

Holy crap man, you have NOT had good luck with water in that place lately! That’s insane, you’re gonna need a snorkel for Christmas, lol.

I hope it dries up soon for you bud. Are you going to have to pull your grow down again?

Not that I have had water problems as of late, the problem is this. This is now the third time water has leaked out into my bathroom closet all because of the water heater in the apartment above. All maintenance has done the last two times was to repair the damage and not address the question of where did the water come from.

To hell with that I would just demand to be moved to a different apartment first.

I dont think I will need to, but if that needs to happen all 4 of my plants are still in solo cups and small enough to hide. But the damage is confined to the bathroom closet and the living room. I would post a pic of the bathroom closet but I dont feel like cleaning up the drywall that will fall out as soon as I open the door.

Sounds like the biggest issue is the Maintenance man not assessing the job/issue correctly and may be over thier head in ability. You can only call out a person so many times for an inability to do the job correctly.

Every time it was looked at by someone different. That is why the current management company just calls a 3rd party repair company to fix major issues like my closet. The maintenance workers now just fix minor things like the damage in my living room. That just needs to be spayed to prevent mold growth, some touch up paint, and fix a crack in the drywall.

Just finished transplanting the plants into there growing containers. Also gave them all a dose of nutes and cal-mag. All are looking and doing well.

The plants all had a nice growth spurt over the last week. The Durban Poison and the Queens Banner have both started to pre-flower. Other than that all the plants are doing fine.

They are all auto plants so this is normal.

Got it! I am sure you will make these turn out significantly better than I did when I grew my DP auto.
