After some discussion, it appears the Paraguayan is most likely a hybrid related to Manga Rosa, which was majorly hybridized in the 70’s, with many believing what they smoke today is still a landrace when in fact it’s an excellent first generation landrace hybrid with Afghani or Pakistani genetics and with a flowering time similar to the Cabeca de Negro I grew in 2020…10-14 weeks. Modern Manga Rosa is nearly an heirloom in its own right today, closing in on the 50 year threshold for heirloom status.
The Paraguayan genetics Gugemelo grew appear to be related to Manga Rosa and its a good possibility that what @Gugemelo grew last season was a recently made Paraguayan version of the modern Manga Rosa. If true you would expect a scattered flowering time from the grow, which is exactly what happened.
The Manga Rosa and Paraguay Gugemelo will be growing next are not hybrids. They are both long flowering, with Manga Rosa flowering up to half a year!

Say I wind up with 15 plants of what @Gugumelo sent me. Do you think we could narrow down a strong Manga Rosa?

In my opinion, there is a chance @corey .
Even if they are not the same, they are local races.
The flowering period is very long, and those late male flowers…
My run will be outdoors, it can go beyond June of next year.
We will have plenty of time and lots of pictures…

In this case, let’s all learn, the information that exists is imprecise.
This is going to be great, thanks @corey
