The price is insane and sickening and we do give him 700$ for 20 seedsā¦
but Iām getting around 100 or more seeds for 35 dollars that Iām gonna give away for free to people, so in they way those beans are going to spread all around and people are gonna make more and more of them for freeā¦
So somewhere in the middle weāre balancing those shitty prices for a good cause

I absolutely agree to a point, weāre all on here trying to spread knowledge and seed so everyone has good medicine.we shouldnāt need to pay a ridiculous premium price for a plant but I think if everyone gets 100 beans, obviously the breeder will have a ton more.
We can spread and breed them however we want for free once itās in out hands.
Going in like this makes it a reasonable price. People pay $1000 for variegated monstera house plants I Donāt think itās right but it happens, and they donāt even get to share it with friends

Yea Im not trying to be a jerk to the coolest bud frens you can ask for here on OG just saying he should have invested around 20 thousand bucks to create something to justify that much per seed considering a normal large size plant can make a giant bag full of seeds in 1 summer. OF COURSE I would love to have that plant in the garden. I want to thank all those who chipped in on it and I hope you get some really nice stuff for that money. 10 seeds? REALLY? not 12? [GREED]
This is another reason I do not give Dr GT too much crap for his G13 price he paid alot of money for the plant. (still should give people a 12 pack)

Yeah this is my thinking exactly. Iāll be giving most of my share of the seed away. I donāt support the prices, but our 2 pack purchase isnāt whatās keeping these guys going.

So being a boutique breeder of other things (tomatoes) I have some experience here. For Cannabis seeds in my discussions with seedbanks standard split seems to be 50% . so I am giving 350 to platinum and 350 to the breeder. Proper back crosses take lots of plants. I love the open pollination approach of this site and it make tons of sense with what we doing for the community. BUT it is not the best for consistent seed and thats not an issue with free seed and I give out like 12-15 seeds per pack. From my research Seed Junky has won a ton of awards with a notoriously hard to fem cut. Nspecta had to try several times to succeed and he prices them at 7 seeds for 200 and they sell out fast. Between awards and the legal hassel of having both a dispensary and a seed line his prices went up. Bottom line his rep is on the line with every drop and he does his work. Consistency of quality product is hard and lets face it the chances of me ever buying these seeds again is zero.
I am just hoping for a good male out of all of this

Seedjunky is all hype F that dude. The first triangle mints drop tons of complaints about seeds not germinating and herms. Yea people found nice things but the bad reviews outweighed the good. He also teams up with cookie fam and Berner after they ripped off a bunch of growers with their candy rain drop.
With all that being said I hope you guys find something nice lol.

My bottom line? Al I said was if your still hunting for skunk your also encouringing people to sell seeds to people for high ass prices. At least these genetics exist.
