Back before I moved the dude who ran Sour D I knew would hate harvests. Said it smelled like a fresh mowed lawn with gas in his house.

End of week 5, day 35 flowering. Cruising right along. There should be a ton of flower in there when these girls wrap up. Happy with the growth on all of them, and the overall look of the grow. I’ll do another light defoliation later this week.

For smells they are starting to intensify but still not anything I can really put onto paper to describe. I wish I could tell u the smell of sour and gas are pouring out already but I’d be liar lol. I don’t really fuck around when the tent is open with my bed being 12” from it I try to work fast to get it closed up contained again. Next time I’m in there I’ll give them all good stem rub see what come storm that and let you know.
I have a buddy and his wife that does smoke tests for terps and for potency. They have normal tolerance levels and can smell and taste terps that I can’t.
It all makes sense.
I’ve always said myself at times in my grow as well it was hard for me to peg the profiles. I too have had people help whom generally aren’t hardcore smokers. Myself included i smoke quite a bit of flower & concentrates so the tolerance may be a smidge high.
Week 9-10 should be fun for you. Get ready

I become so immune to the smell of my grows. Used to be so overpowering to me now I have to really shove my nose into a bud to pick it apart. Kinda sucks.
So first pics are two days ago on day 40 before light defoliation.
Today is the end of day 42 flowering. So this week was not the best week for them. I watered last Tuesday morning and thought they would be ok while I spent a couple nights at my property. I was wrong, when I got back they had a severe dry back and all the surface soil was cracked on all of them. This caused the ph to plummet to the low 5’s ph. A few of the smaller top leaves dry up at the tips. I think it could have been worse since I haven’t seen any signs of issues progress after I sorted them out quickly when I got home. I dropped feedings down to half strength with the liquid nutes since the dry back happened with there being lots of dry fertilizer ms in there at this point they should be breaking down again and feeding the plants. On the overall going good other than the dry back. I did one other thing that I usually don’t do and that was I watered them for the last few weeks with water from my sump in my basement thinking it would be filtered ground water. I didn’t test ph or ppm just used it thinkin it would be close to rain water. I tested it the other day and it was only 5.8 ph with 175 ppm and my town water is 15 ppm and ph of 7 so I went back to bubbling my town water right away for feeding them. On the downhill with these ladies. I have all of them growing in my veg room right now at a good size so when these four come out of the tent they are all getting a second run to see if can improve on them in anyway or if one is actually special and deserves to hang around for awhile. I made myself a handful of seeds so if none are winners I can hunt later down the road and hope for better. The two middle plants have my attention, the far left plant is a nice girl but the yield won’t be close to the others and the variegated one I think will have the fattest flowers but the ugliest to deal with and never quite right so that may be her and that may be me hard to say.
Killing your run I got a bx3 f2 in flower right now stacking up fast little behind at day 30 been doing great though can’t wait to see how they finish

Gotta be, and something I’d like to implement as when I set it on the floor I spill it, on my seed fridge I spill it by reaching for something and shaking it off. Damn cup holder easily reachable and a few feet off the ground, so awesome!
