Man, I’ve cut down on my coffee consumption ridiculously as of the last week or two. And no headaches etc. just trying to get healthier. Drink more water, tried to do some minor workout stuff, kicked my ass my back was throbbing last night 
I lost weight, muscle mass, everything barely eating. Stupid infection

What’s that they used to tell me? “Pain is weakness leaving the body.” Take that for what it’s worth! Grain of salt. All that stuff.

Yes, kidney infection. Took antibiotics (crazy ones) until Monday, been off now (second day today) I still feel it, stomach is still kinda 
but it’s nothing like it was. My god I don’t want that pain ever again! Going to take preventative measures from here on out

Speaking of urethra, I had kidney stones several times, and once I had to have lithotripsy. They placed a tube from my kidney that came out my pee hole. Had to remove that shit myself… wrapped the end around my finger and pulled 3 feet of surgical tubing out through my dick.

Not fun that’s for sure just had bladder surgery yesterday biopsies taken to check for cancer.
Know the pain you were in try having chemo treatments through a catheter. Definitely not fun pissing out chunks of skin as it eats away the inside layer .
Thankfully no tumours spotted so good for another year .
