Good morning OGers!
I hope the new year is off to a good start for all of us. I’m back at my desk for the first full workweek in a while. …Can’t seem to get enough time away from work, and looking forward to retirement. Still years away. 
The good news is that I’ll have a crop to harvest this week. I’m loooking forward to the next round, which will be my first experience with auto-flowers (courtesy of @Going2fast). I did a little soil prep (mixing up the compost pile) this weekend in anticipation of that run.
I haven’t been contributing much to the conversation here lately, but always enjoy reading what’s going on in @TopShelfTrees1’s fort.

Thanks for thinking of me, my friend.
All is well. I’m back with my nose to the grindstone. The holidays afforded an opportunity to spend time with geographically distant but emotionallly close family and friends. It was a refreshing but too brief reminder of what’s important in life. …A time to count our blessings.
My wife enjoyed receiving an Overgrow The World T-shirt (Tree of Life design) for Christmas, especially since it helped support World Central Kitchen. (Thanks @Heliosphear, and to all the other awesome OGers who contributed time, talents, seeds 
, and auction proceeds for the year-end festivities!)

Christmas always seems to do this for me as well, reminds me what and who is truly important. Glad you had a great holidays, I wanted one of those shirts too! Awesome glad she loved it! Know what’s ironic, he made that tree of life pic for me a while back. I absolutely love it and it turned into something special!

I got one for myself too. I figured that – when we’re out and about and wearing those shirts – any of our fellow OGers who spot us will recognize our kinship. …Sort of like a “secret handshake” among the cognoscenti.

Well trimming is done and I’m left with a sad carcass reminding me of the poor yield 
well I’m really hoping the other ladies kick some ass and pack on weight in the 5x5 but man the terps on that hella jelly can’t wait to try her! Well that’s it for my day besides have a victory cup of coffee and get a haircut

there was always people fishing that a see a carp on a line.lol. Excuse me can I have that fish if you’re gonna just throw it back. $5 a pop at 11 years old I was sold! I like the rainbows my self the trout not the water effect.

Same, guys used to offer me and my boys money all the time. Was crazy, we’d sell them the useless fish to us and buy smokes/beer/weed haha! 13-16 yo it was the easiest way to make coin, especially here because fishing in easily accessible spots always draws crowds, i must be on so many peoples home videos and vacation pics over the last 30 or so years
