Oh man, I don’t need those back, they definitely don’t help making me wake up anxious, hope you don’t get them constantly. That would crush me ! :grimacing:

My dreams are like David Lynch movies. With some other freaky elements

I have reocurring themes and a location. The fact that its a reocurring location that seems to shift it’s elemwnts like in the movie Cube is what unerves me the most.

Ive been trying to find Calea zacatechichi for decades to try to give myswlf and edge going in.

Holy sheep shit! That’s crazy bro, I guess you would become used to it, I wake up screaming sometimes! Feels so real , I wake up shaking, sweating, then instant anxiety…. So I don’t look forward to those. Lmao about the cube, that was a great flick

Dreams… What are those? Very rare I get them.

Ya no David Lynch dreams for me either :-1:t3:

Mine rarely have a narrative more like freaky grotesque imagery.

Even the good ones are equally awakening.

It’s crazy how some of us dream horror movies! While others don’t dream or rarely ever, then some of us dream of candyland and puppies and kitties…. I guess it’s based on our mental state :man_shrugging:t2: I sleep like shit though too so I’m sure that doesn’t help

I will say on the rare occurrence of dreaming. I tend to realize I’m dreaming if and when I end up in one.

Once that happens, my feet start to get heavy then start to move up the legs. You try your hardest to keep moving in the dream setting but with every step you attempt to take your feet/legs are getting heavier and heavier than bam, wake up.

Anything have that sensation in their dreams before they wake out of them?

That’s interesting, not me at all

That sounds almost like lucid dreaming, books I’ve read on it mention the first step is to be aware you’re dreaming then say going a place you want to in the dream or doing an activity by choice in the dream, I’ve heard it takes time to learn how but still pretty interesting!!

Our minds are pretty weird that’s for sure, consciousness can take you some unexpected places.
