Usually just for a sore back from work. Also to keep me warm. Some of these medicines I’m on makes my hands and feet cold. I don’t care for that shit too much.
@TopShelfTrees1 don’t envy me too hard. I just launched myself out of bed and it looks like I’m headed out into the rain. Fucking work. Stupid money

When camping in the fall I fill a Nalgene with boiling water before bed and put it in my sleeping bag by my feet.
