That sucks man. I know you needed the job else you wouldnāt have been looking. But you may have well dodged a bullet on that one. You donāt need nor want to be under employment of someone who will treat you that way. That person was a red flag to stay the hell away and probably why the position was open to begin with. I bet their turnover is awful.
I hope you find something sooner than later, but donāt let a bad business owner or manger discourage you.

Iām enjoying the Eminence in Shadow anime more than i thought I would. I read the Manga (thatās the comic for those who donāt know the word) and I enjoyed it but stopped for some reason. The anime, well, Iām ripping through season one and Im almost done.
Itās quite amusing because the protagonist is basically an extremely overpowered individual to a ridiculous degree, but
A) heās delusional to the point where he wants to do the whole Phantom of the Opera good villain vs mundane guy routine
And
B) heās SO delusional that the whole shadowy fantasy organization that heās completely in charge of seems like just people role playing along with him, so he doesnāt really think or realize heās actually this leader figure on some level, heās just doing delusional role playā¦ ha

At one point his subordinate presents a pile of gold for the organization to use.
But he thinks itās role play so secretly steals a gold piece because he doesnāt realize the whole thing belongs to him in actuality.

It can be a struggle to find decent things to watch. Iāve watched the majority of decent gangster and crime movies already for example. I gotta watch mean streets and taxi driver but yeah. Basically going older and older to find more movies.
