Hey buddy! If I sound good, you can ignore that. I get how each situation is unique, but Iām struggling more than I anticipated. I wasnāt necessarily misled, or given bad information. Maybe after so long I had talked myself into some unattainable short term expectations?
The physical therapist that was by a couple times was awesome. Got 5-6 real specific exercises. X# of reps. 2x daily. āIām sure you feel like you could do more. Donāt. No more. No less.ā Again, manageable, and improving.

Iām sure you did set high expectations brother, I think we all do in these instances. After the hit and run I was convinced I could push through and be good and fishing in tournaments by springā¦ā¦ not even close took a year and a half, you know what your body is telling you, I think now you are going to need to just work slow but steady towards a stronger core, more movement etc. and the pain and ease of progression will come. I know you well and I know you wonāt give up or give in , Iām ALWAYS here brother, ALWAYS

So yesterday I got my massive care package from @TopShelfTrees1 now his I sent should arrive in the next 2-3 days
Itās so cool how some of our best friends and good people can just appear into your life unexpectedly, especially if youāre on a good path, treat others how youād like to be treated and so on
Kindness can be contagious so donāt be afraid to make someoneās day if you can, karmic rewards may not come immediately but good deeds arenāt forgotten.

Good morning fam, Iām hoping everyone has a truly blessed day today. @Weednerd.Anthony i totally agree, Iām noticing more and more how blessings come into my life when most needed, people especially and you are no exception. Iāve truly learned recently to embrace these blessings as well as to watch out for them rather than let them pass by. Made some of my absolute best friends here and in the last few years. I just checked and it actually says out for delivery 
Much love and respect to all of you, thanks for brightening so many of my days and literally altering my perception of society.

Oh man, I did this about 2 years ago bad! Broke my toe and everything 1/2 my foot was black, such a pain when you can barely walk. Glad itās better now @Barefrog
