I used to get those bad nightmares all the time. I think it was PTSD from my first marriage that lasted 30 years (the PTSD not the marriage).

Hahaha, thatâll do it! It sucks waking up so scared! I actually got them for a while too a few years back. Its insane how real some dreams can seem, even waking up you are unsure đ«€ itâs such a crappy feeling!
