Yeah man 100%

Sugar is the first thing I was addicted to.

Cooking is a skill that should be universal. You donā€™t have to be a gourmand but you should be able to rely on yourself to feed yourself.

Financial literacy too but thatā€™s a different diatribe.

And same for countless others sadly

A lot of why Iā€™m dealing with my teeth now, is sugar as a kid.

Yep! I hate the dentist so I try to stay away from soda. Iā€™ve went to the sparkling ice water for a healthier alternative with 0 sugar. Figured if I wasnā€™t gonna stop eating sweets I could cut out soda to help

Good for you, wise choice for sure. I need to try that stuff to see if I like it. Iā€™ve looked at those machines so many times. I know my sons would love it thatā€™s for sure.

By 14 my preference was anything alcoholic. Not a good omen. Lots of sugar there. Some other problems tooā€¦

La Croix, itā€™s not just snobby rich people hype. Itā€™s really good. Its just water, co2 & fruit terpenes. I suggest the Limoncello, itā€™s perfection with a meal/after dinner sweet-tooth satisfier.

Yes boss. Im something of a LaCroix connoisseur myself. Canā€™t go wrong with pamplemousse.

sorry to hear that man. I know how hard it is to get your mobility back after a stroke. donā€™t lose your courage. this may sound silly. but Iā€™m sure you have the will and the strength to overcome it.
