Utilizing Cannabis for Soil Regeneration and Wildlife Habitat Restoration

cannabis is wind pollinated.

It’s a common misconception that cannabis is wind-pollinated. In reality, cannabis plants are typically pollinated by insects, particularly bees. Cannabis produces male and female flowers on separate plants, and the pollen from male flowers is carried by insects, such as bees, to female flowers for pollination. This process ensures genetic diversity and the production of viable seeds. While wind may play a minor role in pollen dispersal in outdoor cultivation settings, the primary mode of pollination for cannabis is through insect activity.

Now u just gave us an idea!, potentially a new thread! - We’re here to challenge a common misconception in the world of botany. You see, for years, it’s been widely believed that cannabis is purely wind-pollinated aka (Anemophilous). But let me tell you, we’re flipping the script on that notion. Psilly rabbit, tricks are for kids! Cannabis isn’t just about the wind; it’s about the bees too. That’s right, we’re proposing that cannabis should be recognized as (Ambophilous), embracing both wind and insect pollination. It’s time to acknowledge the full spectrum of pollination mechanisms at play in our beloved plant. Let’s open our minds, embrace distinctiveness, and pave the way for a new era of Cannabis Kultivation. Thank you.

Here’s one:

This does indeed support the assertion that insects, particularly bees do contribute to cannabis pollination…

That paper says cannabis is wind pollinated on the first paragraph. The paper says that the pollen may be a viable food source when insect pollinated plants are scarce. But it doesn’t say anything about bees pollinating cannabis it’s very likely they would ignore female flowers.

There are no bugs in my tent and it pollinates pretty well.
