We call it ‘the perfect chocolate cake according to mom’ She uses all 3 chocolates in it with whipped cream and cherry filling, white choc, milk choc, and dark choc… need I say more? …mmmmmm 'chocolate 
edit… The cake itself is Dark fudgy chocolate, split the layers and add the whipped cream with the white chocolate in that filling, put cherry filling between the 2 layers, then use milk chocolate buttercream frosting, then add a ring of the white chocolate cream around the top edge to hold in the cherry filling on top with shaved white chocolate sprinkled on that
edit… it’s a ‘chocolate overdose’ heart attack, just waiting to happen! And we inhale that damn thing!
edit… When she went back to college for a couple degrees, she introduced it to the class, lol The professor and the whole class fell in love…the degrees were in culinary arts and business
