I never really liked organ meat after my parents had me eat cow tongue and sheeps brain, plus a bunch of other weird shit when I was little. But 5 or 6 years ago I started trying some new and different stuff and found some things I actually like. The wife and kids still give me funny looks when I eat that shit

I had way too much, then some deviled eggs. These ones came out the best that I have had in a while, changed a few things. The pasta was really good, the garlic sourdough was really good too.
