I’m on an old lease ,building was bought by new people so they can’t put my rent up because of rent control in Sf…but if your new tenant they screw you reason most people only stay couple of months

Damn that’s crazy. Prices are getting out of hand everywhere it seems. Even some of the cuts that used to be “unpopular” are starting to get expensive. I haven’t bought beef in about a year def gonna go with an entire half cow again and have the whole thing hung 35+ days. Last time I was at Costco and saw the prices of beef I nearly shit myself. The half cow is currently the exact same price as it was last year too. I really enjoyed the variety and am getting down pretty low.
Shit’s 12-14 dollars a lb where I’m at too. God damn. I get my cow at 4.95/lb hanging weight
