Not what I’m eating at the moment, but holy shit!
Lastnights meal was a Shashi paneer curry I ran out of paneer cheese so fried up some fetta cheese snd it went a bit weird and crumbly tasted good though.
Tonight was a beautiful rib eye (that’s going to be three, perhaps three and a half meals), roast Yukon Gold and red potatoes and asparagus.
Just out of the oven after two hours at 250F
It was delicious!
Now that’s a cut 'o beef right there!

You know it…nah its some dank raspberry cream Greek yogurt with silly circles! Sooo good baked.
Ok, I’ll quit drooling and throw my hat in the ring!
Plain 'ol chicken wings tossed in olive oil and a little garlic salt. Then dusted quite liberally with Old Bay while cooking.
Steak and risotto with some grass I just pulled up from the lawn:
Also, we just got some new knives and holy what a difference sharpness makes.
