I eat mine with cheddar or good Deli American cheese…unless of course there is REALLY good vanilla Ice cream available–which IMHO would be AWESOME with the bacon!

A little update to the steak a couple of posts up. Now with roasted red potatoes and Brussels sprouts. It was quite yum. I ate about half the flesh. The remainder I will slice nice and thin for a sandwich, possibly tomorrow night. It’s either that or a BLT.
