Just grabbed some radishes from the garden. Gonna bake them with this delicious uncured bacon(first time baking bacon btw)
I grabbed the hickory smoked bacon instead of the applewood this time.
Anyone have a preference on bacon smoke? I prefer pinon smoke but it’s pretty much impossible to find where I live

I’m on the carnivore diet so usually, ground beef and scramble eggs with a good helping of organic butter. If not for this eating style a big spoonful of peanut butter and a splash of maple syrup
Had to work this wknd. so I missed the hog butchering, this is what they made yesterday…they butchered 3 hogs and they saved me the pigs heads…I showed them how to make these pork bellies last year and they have perfected it to a tee…great eats…
Supper last night, cornish hen, roasted carrots w/onions & jalapenos and of course my pimped out stuffing w/homemade pork sausage…
