What’s on there besides a fried egg? Mayo? Grated cheese? I don’t believe the dark spots are black pepper. Am I incorrect? If not, what is it? Fuck I’m nosy!
Really, I’m looking to expand on the most basic of fried egg sandwiches. For me that’s a couple of fried eggs on toast (extra sour sourdough for me) with mayo. It’s what I had this very morning.

Nothing else other than butter on the bread, salt and coarse ground black pepper.
