Been wanting to make this…but Draig and our Son won’t eat it (and our daughter can’t) so it’s ALL MINE!
The local shop made Oberon Beer Brats and mild Italian sausages yesterday- so I grabbed a few of each… The Boys had Brats with Pierogi–
I had Pierogi baked with sweet Italian sausage, mushrooms, spinach, Alfredo and mixed Italian cheeses…
Draig said it is Heresy to put Italian toppings on Pierogi…That’s Ok…
I’m gonna go to Hell when I die anyway-- it’s where the fun people are!

Been working on some kombucha the last couple months.
Had to fish out a blockage in the spigot, very pleasant…
The colour and aroma are otherwise on point. Now for a moment of bravery.
The flavour can only be described as acidic. Not there yet.
