Life is short. How short? …I butter my bacon more every morning…
Then I massage the butter in while telling the bacon positive affirmations.
“You is good. You is kind” etc. This alongside the butter helps southernize that bit of fried char into the tortillas.
I prefer Papa Roach’s favorite cheese; Provolone. (Had a whole song about it…)
None of those American “Cheese” “”“vegetable”"" oil slices in this house.
Bacon. Eggs with a bit of milk stirred in; sweet and savory. Little turmeric. Little pepper. .

Every morning i microwave 2 eggs and then sprinkle melted cheese, BBQ sauce and hot chilli sauce
Then day time i got a nice rice cooker and some awesome seasoning pre packaged, i make really good curry with organic chicken
