Air-fried crispy chicken stripsâ

ordered chinese food. pretty much the only place openâŚway too expensive, thatâs for sure. i forgot to take a picture of the thai spicy wings, and the picture of my beef pad see eiw didnât turn out. i donât know how to turn on the flashlight for photos but i somehow did and if anyone knows how feel free to educate me, itâs an iphone 7 i think.

All right guys, hereâs the recipe for the czheeseburger muffins
Ingredients
For the dough:
500g wheat flour
1/2 tsp honey
20g fresh yeast
30g olive oil
250 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp sea salt
For the filling:
200g ground beef
salt and pepper
1 red onion
50g bacon cubes
6 small pickled cucumbers
6 dried tomatoes
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
50g cheddar
Preparation
- pizza dough
Mix the water, yeast and honey until the yeast has dissolved; knead into a dough with the salt, olive oil and sea salt; then leave to rest for 1 hour. - finely slice the onions and cucumbers; mix the onions with the red wine vinegar and leave to marinate.
- fry the minced beef and bacon; season.
- chop tomatoes
- preheat oven to 220°C; grease muffin tin
- roll out the pizza dough and cut out small circles; place the dough circles in the muffin tin; press the edges down a little.
- Pour in 1 teaspoon of tomato and mince mixture; grate cheddar on top.
Bake the muffins for 25 minutes. - Garnish with onions and cucumbers
