This recipe here is the closest one I have ever found online. My recipe box is MIA at the moment. This will not disappoint … I want to make one now. I like to double the recipe and use a 13x9 disposable aluminum tray and two Pillsbury pie crust just laid in the tray, overlapped and whatever it takes to make fit. I don’t bake the crust first like the link suggests. We have always used nutmeg as well. Try it out and be sure to let me know hiw you like it! MawMaw is no longer with us,but I’m sure she would be proud if a bunch of you revive this old fashioned recipe!!!
