Iâm by no means trying to tell people what to do. I just donât like seeing new members first post to be on free seeds threads asking how to get free seeds.
'so much attention has been brought here by the FREE SEEDS category that raises attention. I love being able to give free seeds away. Overgrow allows me to do that. But, but if there are no restrictions on who can have seeds then this place will just be âfly and byeâ

If you had seeds that you were wanting and willing to give away you could make your own list of members you feel personally deserve them and allow them to accept or reject the offer. When someone rejects you could replace the username with someone else who you feel is âworthyâ

I Fear No LEO, It would be a welcome laugh. I kill em in court. So have i given seeds to seed whores, I donât know, Have I Given Away Seeds is the more important thing to me. My most not humble position.

I think I ended up with 2 spots on the last one.
I do like the 6 point rule (hey, I have six points!). I never thought about them or knew I was accumulating them as I was reading the threads and learning the place. In fact, I learned the most on a thread complaining about people coming here only for free seeds. But it did not take me long to get them, maybe a month or two? It really is not all that much effort for a new member. You could always do some for under 6 points, same as you do for level 3.
On the wiki. I do like the simplicity of first come first serve but I also found the scramble kind of fun. Not something I plan on doing often, todayâs I was going to skip but I was taking a break from doing other things. I do not like the idea of multiple names. I showed how easy it was to block out everyone else and it can just be a fight to see who is the last one to post before the clock runs out. I would like to see ten people to get seeds rather than one getting 50. Sure they can be used as trade goods but I like the idea of the seeds to get spread around. It is easy to see double posts as they happen. If it does then you can politely say please do not put multiple entries in. Makes it more fun for everyone to at least have a better chance at the seeds. If one guy has the list copied and just pasts it over it makes it easier for them to be the winner rather than going to edit one line. It is only a fraction of a second faster but it gives the person the edge. And if the others do the same?
I do like the variety that people are going to giving out seeds. Personally I suck at trivia, some people live for it. But I like seeing the contests. It keeps things fresher. Have I used up my thousand words yet? And the contests have us joking around having fun. I missed that in other sites. I was on one forum years ago and I couldnât wait to get home to kid around with everyone. This place feels more like that then any site I have been to in a while.

What good is the 6-point rule if itâs not enforced up front? I personally do not buy the I made a mistake crap. You all know what Iâm saying. This cat was told several times he was not eligible and kept going anyways. Then, I made a mistake.
I do think I will use the six point rule for my personal giveaways from now on. And only to North America. But thatâs just me. I have good reason for this.
