Wind stress help?

We are growing on a new farm this year and it has some insane weather patterns. 95 degree days with 50 degree nights, 5500ft elevation with averages reaching over 30mph on windy days and 2-5mph on what we would call a calm day. We are seeing alot if setback on anything not in the green house.

What we are seeing…

-Wind Burn seems to damage terminals preventing a huge burst in growth.
-Loss of vegetive material
-slow growth
-20%+ more water use.

Conditions:
Soil EC: 2.0
Soil PH: 6.5
Water EC: 0.7
Water PH Direct from well: 8.2
Water PH After adjustment tank: 6.5
(we cycle phosphoric acid for 30min before watering)

Water temps can be a little cold out of the well. (250ft deep, snow melt) but we try to watch for that before using it.
We are seeing slight wind burn in the green house but only if the roll up walls are left up on a windy day so it gives us a good comparison.

So I guess the question is what do you guys do to help? Any foliar Ferments or teas? Silica? Insect frass?

We follow a strict organic regiment and use alot of natural inputs and knf ferments so anything relating would be awesome!

Would something like this help?

hey!

you must control the wind issue. Is planting shrubs a viable solution?

where is your water stored? can you store it inside the green house? sometimes you can use water storage on a hot day to warm the water and cool the green house. also, a warm tank heated during the day, will help heat at night. you should be using silica but watch the ph.

We have planted about 200 trees but those will not help until atleast next season. By then the county I am on will pass outdoor growing so we will be in our green houses.
