Sooner than later. Autos are different. Any stalling negatively effects yield.

Transplant. Not sure about the light. The ones in the middle look better, less stretchy. Can they stay under current light? Look small for a 600w. 
Transplant and water the plant not the pot.
Something about autos and taproots…worth looking up.

Their not under a light yet they still in their seedling starter from vivosun comes with lil strip light so I’m gonna transplant into lil bigger pots an put under the Metal halide bulb for month or 2 than go to hps bulb yes I gotta look that up

Of course I’ll transplant them today I’m hoping but possibly tomorrow than I’ll transplant like 2-3 times before get em into 5 gallon bucket

Im not that good with autos, but i have always heard to transplant as few times as possible. I would wait until you have some true leaves. Not the single bladed. Three point. Should start to see them in a day or two. Then transplant into at least three gallon, or five. And leave them there for the entire grow.
Apparently, autos dont like to be messed with i.e. instead of topping the plant, you would want to flop her when she is young and train her that way. Dont mess with the roots when you transplant.
This is just what others have said. I only have two auto runs behind me and one was a failure. Because of transplanting and over feeding. The second time i tried autos i got some really fine smoke.

So I put the AUTOS (Nepal N LaterZ) in a bigger container so after they fill out in here they will be going in 5 gallon buckets forever home I got them under the Metal Halide bulb 18-6 they definitely liked the light an I gave them some mycorrhizae

Day 2 of Metal Halide I think they liking their new homes for now after this they definitely will be going into 5 gallon buckets oh an almost forgot I got some Triangle Kush from dispensary an I found a seed I put in some Hot water nothing happened so I put into a moist paper towel lol we shall see if anything happens
