Alright , my year long famous cuts grow is over
Things back to normal now 
Tent 1and 2 now filled and on 12/12 .Filled left side this morning
Tent 3 is my 12/12 Migro tent maybe 4 or 5 weeks in
Tent 4 was set yesterday , will veg for a couple weeks
Ended up keeping 10 Mothers .
Mom tent back to open and useful
All plants now self sufficient on mini’s
other than the Ford Dixie cups in the middle which I need to figure out
Cool all work done , time to catch a buzz

my upper back neck and trapezius no longer hurt not even a little bit it’s made a huge difference
I am potted and had to make 12 mini octaves yesterday and moved them all over the house normally when I have a day like that and I’m over my back and neck hurts so bad I’m almost in tears and I have to lay on the floor for a couple of hours just to straighten my back out
Yesterday when I finished I felt absolutely fine this physical therapy has really helped

All of them really help and I have made a rotation on how i use them
The Backpod thing is incredible in three or four days it completely opened up my shoulders and upper back and I mean completely
I started out where I could barely lay on the thing with four pillows behind my head I am now using it for a half an hour at a time with no pillows and no towel over it and it’s actually starting to feel good. you have to put your hands behind your head widen out your elbows and touch them to the ground which has really helped also
for my issue if I were to only buy one of these things it would be the back pod
be warned however you will hate the son of a bitch and dread getting on it when you start
This thing has replaced the stick because it fits in my pocket and works as well if not better than the stick .
if I were going to buy only two of the items it will be those two
next would be the arched board I actually love that thing it feels awesome when I use it now it doesn’t hurt anymore and it gives me a great stretch for 20 bucks everyone should have one
The whale tail thing feels the best of all of them it puts your neck in a very stretched position and it doesn’t take very long for it to do its magic but I would say it does the least
this is how I do it
10 minutes on the arched board pretty much covers my whole back and warms my back up for the back pod
I then use the back pod for about half an hour
after the back pod I lay on the arched whale tail for about 10 minutes until my neck is really loose.
then I break out the little thing and sometimes I will lay on that damn thing for an hour last night it was over an hour while I was watching a movie and when I got up off of it my head and neck and shoulders felt like limp noodles
I also bought a special ergonomic pillow for side and back sleepers thanking it was probably a gimmick but last night I used it for the first time and it was absolutely heaven
it’s made out of memory foam and it’s firm but not too firm it’s soft but not too soft it cradles my head and neck and I feel like they’re both floating when I lay on it
I went to bed early last night and got up super early and for the first time and God knows how long when I got up I was in no pain

Get the backpod thing if you have upper back neck or trap issues , not best for lower back
Let me know about the pillow did you get the same one or just something like it there’s hundreds of them on Amazon

Well I was gonna get the backpod but trying this idea first.
So far, painful AF like you and these other reviews are saying but can already see how it’s going to help! May stop being cheap soon lol.
I have an older neck pillow already that’s kind of like that one but without the center hole. Not quite cervical pillow. I use it in the Jeep for my back as idk who those seats are designed for. Short people I guess… anyways lol, the new pillow should be here Friday

yeah I don’t think I’ll be taking a cup and putting a sock over it anytime soon

Yeah so it’s made out of probably the same foam mine is it’s going to feel good mine is adjustable too lol all that means is you can unzip it and pull a chunk of the foam out that they left un glued lol

so while I’m sitting outside enjoying the beautiful sunlight which will be going away tomorrow I figured I’d take some pictures of the outside girls
The Octopot on the end keeps going empty I’ve filled it three times in the last week the pot must have a crack in it it must be just leaking the things too big and heavy to pick up the check so I guess I’ll just keep filling it
I gotta figure out what to do with these things and went to take them
i’m not really that fond of outside bud at least the bud that I’ve grown here with this horrible weather the last set that I took down even though they looked really nice we’re Laffy as shit and loose and they cured up to a consistency I just don’t like you would not know it was the same bud that I grew inside
yes some of them were very very good had the power that they were supposed to one of them I forget which now but the outside was stronger than the inside but none of them tasted good or looked good
The group I had before that all head bud rot and I lost all of it
so these that I’ve got here now are plenty healthy they’re looking really good I really don’t know how far along they are but I don’t want to see them ruined because the temperature is getting to the freezing point and it’s about ready to start pouring rain
I don’t know what to do with the damn things maybe some of y’all have an idea
i’ve never made fresh frozen hash or Rozen I suppose I could chop them and freeze them all and make cash from them
i’m not hurting for bud I’ve got more bud than I can smoke for a spell so it’s not about rat packing more bud

I would start using the @symbol and naming people but I always leave a bunch out so every one of you that I deal with regularly if you have an idea throw it out

OK the fritter got me revved up and I couldn’t sit out there any longer
I came in and one and donned the shit out of the mother tent and then I mopped it clean
watered the four in the Dixie cups because Wednesday I’ll have four little mini pots to put them into , then im 100 percent on LITFA

Are the multiple idividual octopots a pain to keep running? Do you only have to keep them topped up with nutrient solution, or do you ever remove the plant and container top to clean the “res” during flower cycle? I’ve never used one.
I was thinking they’d be good for mother plant(s), and I see you have a tent with many being used like this. Cool.

How long till your weather turns? I guess hash or squish it for fresh frozen . Pick and save the bigger tops I’d do.

No the octopots don’t have to be cleaned all I do is fill the razz I have a remote pump hose in a wind makes a child’s play

you know I got a bunch of nice bud I don’t see this outside being as nice as them inside if I let them go any longer they’re going to get ruined so I think since I’ve never tried fresh frozen that’s the way I’m gonna go only issue is that’s not very much I’m not going to get a whole Lotta yield.
but it would certainly be a pain in the ass to have to trim the larvae bitches and identify all the different ones in the Cannatrol making bubble would make it a lot easier
