We used this format last year and it worked great. Pretty simple really replace the member with yourself when you want to bid higher then tag the last person in a comment. No hiccups last time.
BUT If any one would like to bid that is uncomfortable editing the WIKI please just tag me with your bid and country and I can add you myself!
