I let my old buddy know I was sulfuring the garden for PM and he insisted I leave with this “stuff he had in the basement”
Took it to be nice but,
- I know the sulfur works
And 2. That shit stinks to high heaven like garlic
Edit, and also probably doesn’t work

Here’s the bizarre part… it will “control” the mildew because garlic has…ready for it? Lots of sulfur in it. That’s why it stinks. The oils are a surfactant to help it spread across the leaf. I wonder if the combo of oils and sulfur compounds could damage a plant leaf?

The garage breeding spot is set up. Big tent has 3 Hillbilly Skunk boys to flower and collect pollen. The other two will be the Blueberry Super Silver Haze S1 project and perhaps Chocolatina S1.

Chocolatina x Blueberry Super Silver Haze is just taking off. Going to let it go untopped. I’m guessing it’ll be a good 10 footer. Right up to my nips including pot height right now

I sure hope so. There might be a Chocolatina clone that ends up in the Blueberry S1 tent. I have new clones rooting for that. The ones I took weeks ago just really don’t want to grow. This time they’re in root riot plugs, not rooted into soil.

Yesterday was giving hope for some today, but it never happened. Now it looks like maybe next week…

Sunday Sunday Sunday… can I have this view every day?
And one from yesterday morning. The angelica is starting to flower

Just a quick update on the Blueberry Super Silver Haze S1 project. Turns out that plant really doesn’t want to clone easily in my system. I’m still giving it my best go and hope to get at least 3 clones rooted. My mother plants are still healthy as can be and prime for taking cuttings. Contemplating getting a few rooted and then just using the mothers for donor and reciever. Those two alone would make a couple thousand seeds with enough viable pollen.

Unexpected and impromptu open pollination with the Hillbilly Skunk plants. Stuffed that tent full with the females. They have been a real pain to keep watered during this dry weather. This should be a better use for them than possibly coming home to a bunch of crispy plants.
I took more Blueberry cuttings this morning as well. The big mom has plenty to offer

The girls look pretty good this morning. We got rain on Sunday and things have cooled down…for now. Heat is on the way with another dry spell.

Chocolatina x Blueberry. She has been getting a little eaten up top but I think I killed the suspect a couple days ago. So many bugs down by the creek.
Caramelicious with a snail buddy. So far I haven’t noticed snails damage the plants at all.
Chocolatina covered in all sorts of shit. Still happy

Sure was! Got a rain barrel installed just in time too. Hopefully 55 gallons will hold us over until the next rain. City water here is pricey

Yeah…plants respond better to collected rain water than my well water. Couldn’t imagine having a water bill. Good thing you installed the rain barrel!

All look really good. We are suppose to get some rain this weekend. Wind gusts too. Girls will be fine all secure in their cages.
