My fastest finishing keeper mango haze, a day or 2 shy of 9 weeks. I harvested at 9 weeks this time instead of the usual 11.5. The latter time has power that would rival most broad leaf cultivars. I love the high and flavor of this line but it’s a bit stony for my day time meds.

Never found a stone in Mango Haze, It’s one of my favourite haze hybrid lines.

Hey @hempy!, I appreciate your input. I know you have worked with the first release tester batch. I believe I’ve read that you say you haven’t much experience with the line that was ultimately released. Have you worked with the most recent offering? I feel like there must be differences. I went through 2 packs, 19 females some flowering as long as 14 weeks. While some phenos have some energy for the first 20 minutes or so they all have a pretty stony back end. No doubt very psychedelic, thought provoking, and long lasting but heavy for sure. It’s definitely one of my favorites too.

I have only grown the Mango Haze test seed and seed made from them my self, but a friend grew out the first released Mango Haze who also grew the test seed, and he really liked both.

He told me they were very different.

Shanti had to re work the test seed version as 8 of the 10 testers culled their plants, complaining they were not practical for indoors. Basically, the plants grew like jungle sativas big mistake to cull those plants.

His one of the F1 test seed MH.

I heard the same thing about the latest Nevil’s haze versus the original release. This is exactly the problem we face if we are seeking those sativa expressions!

Seen the same thing in my area with mango haze representations being super fast flowering with uber dense looking expressions w/stoneyness dominating the phenotypes. IMO it’s a dam shame what they did to the original versions, castrating the potential b.c of commercial considerations.

Always in awe of those plants @hempy. Anytime you want to trade f2s, I’d be really grateful. I still love my MH, they are so powerful. All problems fade away, the body relaxes while the mind soars.

Totally, I’m on a mission to find zippy, nld, clean the house, exercise and still cant sleep type plants. They seem to be few and far between these days. @Upstate is pushing me to get into land races. It may be time.

Those original mango haze’s would slap! They’d be great to mix with the green crack x mango haze that high and lonesome is dropping.

It’s time my friend. It’s time.

You know they bred towards that indica. They always do.

Too bad there weren’t some more mature growers with those tester seeds. Those are beautiful.

Hey Dope_Heffa, what’s the high like on those? Is it speedy or Stoney?

Speedy and soaring, analytical type high for the most part, not great for anxiety,
There is a sudden crash after a couple of hours.
Im only in to 4 of the 8 so far.

For comparison these seem better than the KA5H I grew in the past.
