That is Nevils Haze from Mr nice and I would recommend that and others like Mango Haze is also a great line. My other recommendation would be Posi Haze from Tom Hill and I think it’s Called Goli Haze that is an inbreed Original Haze.

Those would be the ones I would be looking at my self if I was in search of Haze in 2024.

Hi Jim, those to the right are Thais, and they really did not like being flowered under 7/17, but I was not after flower or yield this run, I just wanted to put the Nevils Haze male over them.

I pulled 3 of the 8 Mindbender Haze @ 11 weeks
These may lean towards the OldSog cut of SSH.
Smells are complex and I will wait until they are dry to give an honest take.

O Haze x Old Timer’s Haze gifted:

O x OT

Tricky seeing the structure with some leaf still in tact but as you can see it is very skimpy and loose. This was grown outdoors in a temperate environment (north of 40 latitude), despite being harvested only half way through flower it was levels above indoor indica-dom polyhybrid blockwork that many classify as haze nowadays. Effects lasted 4 hours as opposed to the 1-2 hours associated with the commercial lines.

*Effect is very potent, centered in the third eye area - with zero lethargy or couch lock associated

Easily one of the favorite pure sativas i’ve ever tried. Im very much a “no bottle nutes” advocate when it comes to feeding protocol, but easier said than done in 100% coco. To be fair, the market is saturated with indica-dom polyhybrids so not a tremendous amount of lines to compare to. With that being said, this particular pheno had a tiger balm type of scent profile to it that I’ve never found in such a pronounced way. The effect hit me heavy behind the eyes — it’s the novelty and soothing, alluring scent/aromas that keeps me reminiscing about this experience. Also, probably one of the few lines I’ve tried where simply smelling it had medicinal effects.

I gave my O haze girl a little squeeze earlier and the scents I get are aphid poop, some citrus both of which have been distinct for weeks now but just today I got a very strong grape candy smell. I have a grapeish candy smelling strain running next to it but it doesn’t smell the same.
Getting excited to see what it beholds

Aphid poop??

Lol is that because of aphids or just a general smell?

it’s like a sugar nectar, ants and bees go nuts for it. Funny story - an oak tree above my friend’s deck got infested one time with aphids but we were dumb and thought it was just some strange sap coming out the tree itself :joy: first the bees found it and went wild, then the ants came and I assume chased off the bees, it was crazy seeing the huge swarms of both of em going absolutely bonkers for the stuff.

It was dripping all over his deck, which was pissing him off lmao. I was too tempted not to take a little taste and I have to say, it was like a sweet tasty syrup. You could put that shit on pancakes and not be sorry for it. At least, until you realise it’s aphid poop and not oak tree sap :face_vomiting:

I know what honeydew is. I didn’t know you could smell it lol. I don’t see Aphids so it’s not something Ive ever noticed.

@hammerheadgenetics @Natea
Definitely no aphids, I grow :evergreen_tree: indoors and try to keep them outside. I learned my lesson after bringing in bugs from the garden, twice. Cost me some irreplaceable(probably) genetics but I got rid of the mites.

Every year I get swarms of aphids and other pests in my :corn: :leafy_green: :tomato: :peach: :eggplant: outdoor garden. All different kinds but the masses that love my beans will pile up by the hundreds. They have a very distinct smell after squishing. I assume its that sweet nectar but it isn’t exactly pleasant.
If you’re ever interesting I could bottle some up and mail you a bunch so you can tell me what it smells like to you. lol

I might have to taste them this year. Maybe take a hint from the ants and start farming aphids
