What have these people who have been scammed actually been scammed out of?
Most cannabis users are paranoid. It’s part of the plants effects. A lot use a VPN to access the site. With a vpn each time you turn it on it changes the ip address.
I would prefer discussing options which might potentially help slow down those looking to take advantage of unsuspecting OG members. What’s past is past but can it be prevented in the future?

I have come up with 2 valid solutions.
This first is stoner watch and the other is trade based trust levels I have suggested this before and was told to mind my own business.
Both are super simple and should work real well.
Or we can keep doing what we have been doing and hope it just goes away.
I personally prefer a solution to ignoring the situation and hope it goes away.
You capitalize money like it’s that important. Did anybody lose their rent money?
A lot of people have dynamic IP address, this means every time they restart the router or after a set time has passed the IP will cycle. They have access to a pool, so if boss man gets banned on a shared IP, you could one day get that IP and also face the restriction. The other side is people with static IP that doesn’t change, they can use a VPN with thousands of IP and avoid restrictions. Difficult one
Shag when I joined your fantasy island I was told to be on best behaviour, and I wouldn’t be included in island tournaments (I can’t remember the name) until I had a rep, I think this is a great approach it is indeed just stoner watch, easy to spot the non genuine individuals

Some people don’t hide things like user agents and screen size so you can detect them, but anyone that wants to be nefarious can be

For seed trades the only way I can see it working out is to have a middle man that’s trusted. You both send your seeds to the middleman and once both are in his possession he forwards them onto there final destination. I highly doubt anyone would accept the responsibility of taking up the middleman task. 
Site wise. Each device that connects to the internet comes with a MAC address. Unless your mega technically minded it can’t be changed easily.
I like this idea for the UK anyway just stops you encountering a fed

No buddy. All it changes is your ip address. You’d still need a different email account to sign up again. For me that would be too much work and effort and cash to gain a few seeds
